We have launched our Facebook page! We hope you will visit, share, and like this new resource! Check back often as content is being added each week.
(Please note: For current clients, Facebook is not a confidential platform, please do not leave sensitive information or time sensitive messages! Contact your therapist directly so we may be of assistance quickly!)
What is included in the FREE initial consultation service?
This is an opportunity for you to talk with your therapist directly whether for individual, group, or another service. The initial consultation is a 20-30 min call prior to scheduling a first session. During this time we will share more details as well as assess your needs together to assess how we can be of service. If we are unable to meet your needs we are happy to assist with referral information to a more appropriate resource in your area.
How long is the group series, Beyond Survival?
The group will initially be a 6 week series. However, it is our hope that members will choose to continue meeting at the end of the series. The group facilitator will collaborate with the group around future meetings during week 5.
How can I find support between sessions?
Our team prides itself on being of service to our clients in real time wherever possible. Your therapist will work with you to provide contact information that allows you to request support between sessions. Please be aware that this is not a 24 hour crisis service, if you are in crisis please call 911 or report to your local Emergency Department.
You don't take my insurance, what options do I have?
At this time we offer solely self-pay services, however, you can contact your insurance provider to ask about out of network reimbursement. Most insurance carriers reimburse the client at some level for services received from an out of network provider. We are happy to provide any needed documentation upon request.
